I own other products from this company. They back their products with timely support and replacement if warranted. I also prefer a unibody design for this particular piece, as stability and safety are paramount, but the brushed nickel and design is sleek and fits in with the contemporary look I am trying to maintain. It doesn’t create an institutional ambience when installed. I also chose the 18 inch size so it doesn’t dominate the space, yet offers the safety features I needed. We did switch to longer screws to provide more strength to the piece but that was more for where we had it positioned.
